He has had a front row seat to the rise and sometimes the fall of some of rock ‘n’ roll’s biggest stars. Those insights form the foundation of his debut book Brand Like a Rock Star. Bringing together his mutual love of music and marketing, Steve takes you onstage, backstage and behind the scenes with rock’s biggest stars to reveal how their experiences can help your business become more profitable and more famous. Using the stories behind stars like AC/DC, U2, Bob Dylan, Lady Gaga, Jimmy Buffett, Kiss and the Grateful Dead, Steve shows you how to build a brand that rocks. As a speaker and consultant, Steve has helped businesses of all sizes develop stronger bonds with their customers by creating solid brands. When he isn’t speaking, writing and rockin, Steve is vice president of programming for Newcap Radio, overseeing content on over eighty radio stations. Steve is an avid hockey player, traveler, scuba diver and pilot. He lives on Canada’s east coast, just outside Halifax, Nova Scotia, with his wife Susan and their two boys, Isaac and Matthew.
